Objectives:

• To review/revisit the role of the PIIC coach
• To review/revisit the BDA coaching cycle
• To identify strategies for building relationships with teachers
• To identify those strategies that will make for successful "first encounters"
• To develop finalized plans for coaching activities
• To share ideas/strategies for getting teacher "buy-in" for coaching
• To begin formulating goals and training agendas for the coming year
• To celebrate success in coaching this school year
