  • To revisit and deepen our understanding of core concepts of PIIC Instructional Coaching
  • To use the 4 Lenses of Learning in completing and designing professional development opportunities
  • To explore the role of the coach as teacher-leader
  • To evaluate the Leadership standard for professional learning (Learning Forward)
