To evaluate the current status of the PIIC program in our schools
To share successful literacy strategies for use in coaching
To create an online database of these strategies
To evaluate the LDC model with respect to instructional coaching
To explore the uses of Edmodo for coaching and classroom use
To determine best practices for small-group coaching, including in-services, PLCs, and study groups
To evaluate the Learning Communities standard for professional learning (Learning Forward)
