  • To evaluate the current status of the PIIC program in our schools
  • To share successful literacy strategies for use in coaching
  • To create an online database of these strategies
  • To evaluate the LDC model with respect to instructional coaching
  • To explore the uses of Edmodo for coaching and classroom use
  • To determine best practices for small-group coaching, including in-services, PLCs, and study groups
  • To evaluate the Learning Communities standard for professional learning (Learning Forward)
